Winter Rate is $825/night.  Summer Rate is $1350/night.
Vacation rentals must rent for a minimum of 26 nights per the City of Coronado.  There is a security refundable security deposit and a clean-out fee.  Housekeeper, gardener and pool cleaner are included in the price. 

Yes.  The City of Coronado does not allow short-term rentals of less than 26 days.  There is some flexibility on start and end dates.  Please contact us.

It has four bedrooms and can sleep 8 people.  Beds include:

– 1 King (downstairs master suite with bathroom/shower)
– 1 King (upstairs master suite with bathroom/shower/bath tub)
– 1 Queen (upstairs room with access to separate shared bathroom/shower)
– 1 Queen (upstairs room with access to separate shared bathroom/shower)

There are four bathrooms total (includes the pool bathroom).

Yes, we are open to allowing 1 dog (under 20 pounds).  Please keep pets off the furniture and out of the pool.

It was originally built in 1948.  A “down to the studs” remodel was completed in 2014.  The style is “contemporary coastal” and was designed by Christian Rice Architects.
