We are accepting bookings for Summer 2020.  Ideally, we are looking for a family to rent it for the month of July.

The address is 301 7th Street, Coronado, CA.  

The price is $1200 per night and must be rented for a minimum of 26 nights per the City of Coronado.  There is a $5,000 security refundable security deposit and a clean-out fee of $400.  A housekeeper, gardener and pool cleaner comes once a week and is included in the price. 

Yes.  The City of Coronado does not allow short-term rentals of less than 26 days.  We are looking for a summer renter that can do the month of July.  There is some flexibility for a rental period starting the last week of June or going through the first week of August.  However, it must be for 26 days or more.

It has four bedrooms and can sleep 7-8 people.  There are two master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and two other bedrooms.  Beds are King, Queen, Full and Two Twin.  There are four bathrooms (includes the pool bathroom).

Yes, we allow for 1-2 dogs.  Please keep pets off the furniture.

It was designed by Christian Rice Architects and completed in 2014.
