Most Relaxing Family Vacation We’ve Ever Had!
We spent nearly a month at the Johnson home. It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had as a family. Close enough to the beach that you can hear the waves crashing in the morning, yet far enough away you don’t hear any traffic. The pool and outdoor area are where we spent the most time. However, the interior of the house was meticulously clean and organized.
The design on the first floor, combined with the outdoor area was great for entertaining and keeping the family together. Off street and on street parking were always available and the yard was very convenient for our pet. The Johnson’s were great hosts and were immediately available for any questions we had.
We are definitely planning to stay here again in the future!

Coronado is paradise. One of those places you just wish you could move to, ditch the car, buy a surfboard and a golf cart, and ride both off into the sunset…
The Johnson home is a slice of paradise…in paradise. It has all the amenities for a family, is in the perfect location, and perfectly embodies the SoCal lifestyle. If you are looking for a place to unplug, ride your bike to the beach or local farmer’s market, and enjoy beach days every day, this is your place. Conversely, if you want to work remote, they have all the tools you need to stay plugged in.
This versatile and relaxing home offers all the ingredients for a perfect summer holiday. It is my go-to place to relax and I look forward to returning as soon as possible. Book when you can, you won’t regret it. Just don’t steal my dates please!

Beautiful House / Close to Beach
This house is beautiful with all new everything. Nice and open, spacious, clean, modern look. My favorite part by far is the outdoor area with fireplace and seating next to the pool. So comfortable. And it was convenient to walk or bike to downtown, the Hotel del Coronado and beach. Loved the area, people, and quaint community!

Kids Loved the Pool and Spa
We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful Coronado home. Coming from Oregon, we were so excited to spend time close to the beach and this house was the perfect fit for our family of five. The kids loved the pool and spa, while my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the outdoor living space, complete with fireplace and cozy furniture. It was the perfect spot to relax with a good book. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the kitchen had high end appliances. The house had a very open feel and appears to be a newer build. Everything was super clean and uncluttered. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location—we walked or biked everywhere. We were able to relax and unwind and can’t wait to go back.

Uncluttered and Quiet – The Perfect Home!
We rented this home for 6 weeks this summer. That is a long time to live in someone else’s house. However, the home could not have been any more perfect for our family and guests. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the home is completely uncluttered. They left us plenty of closet and drawer space which we really appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost daily. Nothing was missing, they generously left boogie boards and bicycles, everything we needed for the beach. The outside kitchen was just perfect for grilling out and enjoying the evenings. We have spent many summers on Coronado and the location of this home is also really ideal and quiet. The owners were very pleasant to work with and left no detail to chance!

Great Vacation Rental
What a great vacation rental. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Coronado. Pool, hot tub, bikes, boogie boards, outdoor shower. Owners were very easy to work with. Highly recommend. Have two daughters and they want to know when we can come back.
